that are in the MOST popular price range for central
Florida:
That price range is in the $200,000 ~~ $250,000 range. Houses in this price range are FLYING off the shelves in record numbers!!
The homes I have chosen have THESE FEATURES:
- Block, stone, brick or stucco exteriors
- They ALL have at least 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms.
- They ALL include a dishwasher, stove, refridgerator, washer and dryer.
- This list includes Single Family Homes, Townhouses, Condos and Villas.
There are, as of this posting, 3027 properties that fit this criteria. These properties are in Seminole, Orange, Osceola, and Polk Counties.
- Seminole County is in northern central Florida and includes Longwood, Lake Mary, Altamonte Springs, Casselberry, Heathrow, and a couple other cities.
- Orange County is in the heart of central Florida and includes downtown Orlando, Metro West, Ocoee, Apopka, Maitland, Windermere, Dr. Phillips, Winter Park and several other cities.
- Osceola County is in southern central Florida and includes Kissimmee, Buena Ventura Lakes, Celebration, Poinciana and St. Cloud.
- Polk County is south of Osceola County and includes Poinciana, Davenport and other cities.
Just remember...these homes I have listed in
this report MIGHT be gone in a week or so!!!
